Too many animals roaming around loose, especially a lot of different pit bulls... Scary...
I’ve been here, and even with new management it’s still not worth living here. They make changes without notifying everyone, maintenance are a joke. But what tops it all is being told there is nothing they can do about a problem! DON NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
The manager was real nice, but can't afford the rent for a one bedroom
I love it here! I'm in the middle of town, walking distance to every thing!! New management has done allot of changes for the better! It's very peaceful! I have no problems once I've lived here!
Honestly wish i could give it less than. Maintenance is horrible and emergency maintenance is a joke, literally just some guys cell phone who from what i can tell will or won't pick up, and half the time says he'll put in a work order. Rent is too high for the room that they give you, and don't let them tell you bills are included as you will receive a bill every month $100+ for utilities.
