Took my dogs here because of the great reviews, but will NEVER do so again. It basically looks like the area they kept my small dogs was an abandoned house with tarps for a wall where there used to be a garage door. If I hadn't been on my way out of town I would've never left them there. They never asked to see my dogs' shot records, so who knows what other dogs might have...also, when I got my dogs back after only two nights here, they were COVERED in fleas!

Jean Witt is the most competent dog trainer I've ever met. Her prices are very reasonable and her kennels are the biggest I've ever seen.
Jean is the best!! My dog didn't have many problems but Jean helped me to learn how to train her and helped me to see the potential that my dog has. Not only that but if you have any issues at any time you can call her for advice and she and I are going to start training my dog to be a therapy dog. I am so glad that I chose to go to her over Petsmart in lufkin.
We boarded our large mixed breed puppy for 2 weeks. She had popped out her stitches from being spayed on the morning we had to leave on our trip. Jean offered to pick up our dog from the vet so we could get away on time. They took such good care of her. The second time we boarded her, she couldn't wait to get out of the car and go play with her friends! Wonderful and caring place!
