It's HUGE MISTAKE moving in here..
Overall it’s been a good experience so far, CA’s are very friendly and helpful and the room is very nice and comfortable. I have a bit of a hard time getting in contact with management sometimes but no drastic issues there. The only thing that really gets me here is the parking, I have one of the VIP spots and while most days it works great, on weekends lots of non residents who come to visit park in the spot and I think it’s because the spots aren’t well marked. It’s too dark to clearly see the numbers on the ground, they really need to put up signs and clarify who can park where.
Every where was absolutely filthy, we cleaned over 3 hrs and I was beyond angry...
It was 2 pm check in , we thought this place looked pretty nice from outside but soon as we walked in
The apartment has great amenities, especially for students. Also, they try to maintain a clean surrounding. One of the main improvement I have seen over the past years I have been staying at the apartment are the service delivered by the staff.
I was about to faint!!!
By the time we moved and cleaning I felt sick..

Legends at Nacogdoches is the best apartment complex in Nacogdoches. Hands down. The office staff is always quick to help and solve any resident issues. Maintenance is always fast and does a great job. I love the fact that it feels like home and they are pet friendly which is a plus. I would definitely refer anyone to live at Legends. You won't regret it!!
Used to live here. Not bad for student housing. However, they should employ more than just a handful of maintenance guys. The sheer amount of maintenance required for this place is too much for who they have on staff.
I was told parking issues here are nightmare too.
