I gave ☆☆☆ because, although the rooms were very nice and large, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. When you have to stay away from home in a motel, hotel, or inn you should be comfortable. The staff were extremly helpful and kind and the facility was very clean and updated.
Rooms great price and awesome customer service
The room was spacious and beds comfortable. We had cockroaches in our room and the front desk did not seem to be to concerned....I reported it twice. The sheer curtains appeared to have mold on them and the bathroom fan was caked with dust.
I always stay at Comfort Suites when I visit Nacogdoches. They're clean. Their beds are always so comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.
