I was in a State of Emergency. They were so helpful and showed compassion. The room was clean, smelled nice and the beds were comfortable. I would refer my clients to this brand.
This is really a MOTEL, not a hotel.
The staff is very helpful and responsive.
The bathroom came pre-stocked with hair and mold. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Property is well-taken care of. Clean and orderly. Staff very professional and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome!

A warm, friendly, and comfortable hotel with a great breakfast and super nice employees. Plus it's close to the historic district and all the great shops in this Oldest Territorial Town in Texas!

This particular one may be good for the most part but when it comes to what really matters they lack compassion and caring for those in need. I am speaking on behalf of the victims of Hurricane Harvey. We were simply going to inform the staff of a place that any evacuee can go for food and donations. Although the staff member did take the information, she informed us that the one's staying in their rooms were better off than others. She also seemed irritated by the fact that she was receiving calls from others who want to help those in need. Very disappointing. Will never recommend them to anyone.
Except for the waffles, the breakfast food was awful - eggs had a bad and rubbery taste and the microwave sausage two ways was twice as bad. The orange juice was pink. Not sure why.
