Not too bad. After my mom cooked dinner, my dad said the air in the room was not fresh. He woke up with a dizzy head and then threw up. The bathtub was a nice size and I think the beds were made nicely.
Jacuzzi broke after 20 minutes. The eggs in the breakfast had some type of hard stuff in it and I'm sure it wasn't she'll cause I'm very sure that it wasn't real eggs. The utensils are all over the place so it wouldn't be good for someone with allergies. My husband. I felt a bug crawling on him we found it did in the bed the next day It was some type of beetle. We didn't found a mass of bugs dead behind the bed.
Besides all the complaints I will say that it was quiet besides be family arguing with each other.
The room and grounds were clean and inviting. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I would stay here again and recommend Best Western NorthPark Inn to others as well.
Room was clean and available. Simple room for the price we paid. Didn't eat breakfast here since there was an eatery next door. Night staff was friendly and helpful.
This place needs some major expansion and TLC. And out of the 30 people that came to eat breakfast only 10 of them got to sit down. There were only 10 chairs so it was like an in and out. Would've really enjoyed this if the Jacuzzi worked.
Comfortable, clean rooms. Front desk was super helpful about getting a room last minute and was awesome.
I didn't like how jacuzzi was all scraped up and ugly. But it wasn't so bad. People don't really have anywhere to relax and sit down so they sit outside the hotel room and chairs like they're sitting in the front lawns. I did not like that.
