Poor service at the front desk. The heavy set African American woman and the heavier Mexican turned me away claiming my United Health Care wasn't going to cover my visit but the customer service representative for United stated that was NOT the truth and also stated the that their front desk representatives were rude as well
The ladies at the front were awesome. Not only were they very friendly before and during the appointment, they went out of their way to return my IPad I had left there, they even charged it for me.
DID UPPER AND LOWER SCOPE, I HAVE FATTY LIVER TOLD ME TO RETURN IN SIX MONTHS. WENT TO OFFICE SURPRISED TO SEE THE WERE NOT THERE, GOT ON COMPUTER AND SEE THEY MOVED, FOR ALL THE MONEY HE MAKES YOU THINK A CARD LETTING PATIENTS KNOW THEY WERE MOVING COULD HAVE BEEN MAILED OUT.
He is a very attentive doctor and I highly recommend him. His staff is so nice.
