Absolutely unprofessional. Yells at patients and is eaten up by small man's disease. Do not go to him under any circumstance, he will not help you.
Dr Tanhui is knowledgeable and kind. Period. Carve out a good portion of your day, make sure insurance is in line, and go see the good Doc.
I just walked out of his office half way through the visit, as he refused to look at my -xrays that clearly show several issues. Insulted me telling me that i was going to change my medicines my primary care physician has me on that already manages the pain fine but can only write a certain amount; wanting to put me on a placebo since I refused injections I have already had in the past and he knows do not work and cause me to have more intense pain. He wants to put me on something else, even though my medical file due to seizure's shows not to change my medication with out PCP authorization. Place is a joke, I would not take my dog here

We were referred here; not until the day before we seen all the bad reviews. We gave him a shot anyways hoping they were wrong. I can tell you they are not; like most looking for real help with pain this Dr. is a quack. He yells at his staff as well as patients, treats patients as if they are all drug heads, he loves his injections because he makes so much money off them to pay for his yellow Lamborghini sitting besides the building. He refuses to right scripts and when he does he puts you on something that does not work and no body carries for 200 miles around. That's what happened to us If you do see him make sure they take your insurance; stand there at the front desk as they call to verify; we went here and they said they took the insurance; 2nd visit they claim they dont and wanted to charge well over 500 dollars for a simple office visit and will refuse to see you again because they do not want to claim out of network for reduced amounts. Place is a scam only wanting to take your money and not treat your pain. I came very close to punching this guy in the face for the way he disrespected my wife that has a well documented medical issue. I'm reporting the Dr. to Texas Board as well calling my attorney about the charges he is trying to slap us with possibly even malpractice pain and suffering as a direct result of his incompetence and greed. Nacogdoches deserves better and Dr. Davis is an injection guy so rules him out as well for anyone taking a Class II for pain.
