The people are very very friendly! However, the wait was a tad bit ridiculous. My appointment was set for 10, I didn’t go in until 10:40 and I didn’t see the actual dentist until after 11:30. I did love them, but I wish it didn’t take so long!
Staff was super helpful in scheduling, payment & easing my anxiety about procedure. Doctor made sure things were as pain free as possible. Things were very well.
0, Zero Stars! Only tapped on 1 Star to be able to complete the survey...They were terrible. The dentist not the hygienist cleaned my teeth with what sounded and smelled like a drill! I say smelled like it, because when they drill your teeth to prep for a cavity to be filled, you smell that burnt hair smell from them grinding part of your tooth away! Nicked my gums with the drill and I asked him to stop and told him to be more careful! He said I am trying to get them clean.... that was after the dental asst/ hygienist had just told me my teeth looked good and gums looked healthy... because I do floss and brush almost 3-4 times a Day!!! Do not go there!
Went in last week and was promptly seen and presented a dental plan. Dr was plesant and informative. We set up an appointment for the following week (today) and show up to a filthy office, nobody there and they did not know what we were there to have done. They were trying to charge me up front for services we didn't discuss. Very unprofessional and unorganized. We told them we were leaving and walked out.
I give Apex Dental a five star rating! They responded quickly to my dental emergency, took the time to do a needs assessment . I will return
