realized that the owner lied about what kind of compensation I would be receiving. Payed on commission I was receiving less than minimum wage and received no overtime pay. This is not legal under both Texas and US labor laws. The owner, Ryan Grimmett, fired me after bringing these issues up.
Horrible experience. Ryan Grimmett, the owner, actually asked my female friend what she was wearing on the phone. Pervert. Don't give your business to this sorry excuse for a man.
