They replaced the windshield on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan a few months ago, afterwards I couldn't figure out why my defrost wasn't working, I took it to another glass repair shop and they informed me that Nacogdoches Auto Glass AKA Renfro's Glass had installed a windshield that didn't come with defrost, to make matters worse that's when we noticed that not only has the windshield been leaking at the top but has ruined my headliner. Also they didn't put my wipers back on correctly. The technician that installed it name was Chance, supposedly their most senior glass technician. Very very upset. I read the horrible reviews, I had heard they had issues but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR RUINED!
