Good customer service and the lady I always deal with seems to be very nice, however it states they are open from nine until 630. The fact that they closed down from 11 to 1 is extremely inconvenient considering that is the time most people have to do these types of things during their lunch break and such.

Paid for 1 day shipping that required signature. Said package would be here at 4:30. Got home at 3:45 and note left on door with no re attempt and gotta pick package up at facility a hour away at 6:30. No attempt to make it right
