Fantastic service every time! I have always been treated kindly, with respect and great care for routine tests and longer visits. Thank you NMC!

Went there last night for an asthma attack. My rescue inhaler wasn't doing the job and neither were my abeuterol nebule packs for my nebulizer. So I went and was assigned to the nurse practitioner. This person, first expressed concern for.my wheezing and cracking in my lungs then promptly excused me. I begged for help only to to be told that an inhaler of meds that I already said wasn't working was being called in. No breathing treatment was given and only steroids I can't take and an antibiotic that if I had decided to take would have shut down my kidneys ( I have kidney disease btw) was what was prescribed. The useless inhaler wasn't even called in until I started to complain online. Not only did they refuse actual help, but I was chided like a child for being there. I'm not sorry for going to a hospital when I can't breath. Not sorry at all. I'm sorry that Nacogdoches medical center chooses to employ such people. These two nurses in particular need their licensing and certificates revoked. This is the second time they have given horrible treatment to me. A while back I went in with a migraine and was labeled a drug seeker and they refused to do anything other than give me benedryl and Phenergan. I had complained to the er administrator and was assured that the problem would be taken care of. That complain took three weeks to get a response, this one took less than 24 hours. Let's see what happens now.

What an awesome night crew. Everyone, and I mean everyone was so kind and nice! Nick did an awesome job and we very helpful and informative. Thanks Nacogdoches Medical Center! Y'all are awesome!

I have been a patient in the Outpatient Department on many occasions, and each time I have had exemplary care. The staff are very kind, caring and efficient. They are always very accommodating to my needs, and remember how I like to have things done. I am always pleased to go to the Outpatient Department.

Horrible care at high prices.. After my wreck, they did not scrub the gravel and road debris out of my wounds. They cut my clothes off, then tried to release me in nothing but my underwear and cowboy boots. I had to beg for a hospital gown.. To top their crappy service off, they claimed that I didn't give them a copy of my medical insurance card, so guess who got stuck with the bill? Yes, yours truly. So if you have no other choice to go to Texas' very own 3rd world hospital, make sure you INSIST that the nurse makes you a photocopy of your insurance card and have her sign it, or else they will lie and stick you with the bill. Please learn from my mistakes in dealing with this substandard hospital and stay far, far away from this place..
