Very disappointing visit. 1st incident I asked for help from an associate he didn't want to assist me i needed help with getting an item off top shelf (Zack) 2nd incident cashier was not friendly at all a couple of the prices were incorrect and she just actually stood and looked at me like oh well instead of trying to get it corrected so I actually had to go and get the price correction while she just stood there (Sarah ) !!!!! My thoughts about the visit today was maybe Lowe's need to rethink their commercials because this store's employees don't fit in at all
Expect to wait... Holy hell. Went to buy a washing machine. Got tired of waiting and decided to take a floor model... Oh no!! Can't take those they wont have any to sell I'm told... Look around and counted 6 spots that were empty. But.. I cant take a floor model. They have to go get it from the back and i have to wait some more. Oh... And customer service... Omfg get some more people please..
After making an online purchase for store pick up I arrived to pick up my purchased property and the service lady asked to see my credit card that I had made the purchase with before she would give me my purchased property. This sounded real fishy to me so I offered to show her my ID instead and she could verify my name on the receipt. I even had my email confirmation with my order number and everything But she demanded to have my credit card so I just cancelled my order all together. She probably was going to rob me but I had heard about this kind of FRAUD going on.
If you are expecting your order to be delivered on time, forget it. Customer service's excuse is they only have one truck for deliveries over a wide range of territory. When a business's poor customer service negatively effects my ability to give excellent customer service, you lose my business.
First time ever in 12 years where we've gone and loaded wood and concrete on our own, then told we had to go to the opposite side of the store to get timpers and they once again didn't help! Customer service has gone down hill quick. Walmart and Atwood's will even load this for you! Probably better prices too!
