Been sitting here 30 minutes. Cars are not moving. Can't tell if there is a problem - just one bay open. Wished I'd gone to Excel.
Bought my wash with my gas. After sitting in line for 20 min and only 1 car went through I backed out .... Never again!
They are not as good as they used too. The last 2 times I've spent the $20.00 and got a $10.00 or less job.
Wash stopped in middle of service. Had wait inside while they worked on it. Then car was moved out without any rinsing and they acted surprised when told them car was still covered in soap. In order remove soap had return and wait in line again. They did actually give me the same service I paid for and did not receive the first time 20 minutes later. Need better way take care of customer if they have problems
Took 45 minutes and spent 20 bucks only for my car to still be dirty. I could have gone to Excel Car Wash and paid almost the same and waited half the time - and with that at least my car would be clean! Terrible service.
