$65 for a complete interior job and I was left with wet floor mats and carpet, dog hair, a trunk that hadn’t been touched, and dirt in random crevices. The manager just kept saying “it is what it is”. Well. IT SUCKS.
Oil change was done in a reasonable amount of time but their car wash service needs some work. Windshield still had a ton of bug spatter on it and other parts of my truck were still noticebely dirty. Good customer service and reasonably priced.
Can't ever remember a time when I didn't have to have them redo something because it wasn't cleaned. I've used them for last time. Hand wash is cheap but so is the work.
On my way to get my car washed I stopped and bought a pack of cigarettes. They were in the cup holder unopened. When the car was done they were gone. I have read another review where money was missing from someone else’s vehicle. The employees apparently think they can take whatever they want. Not acceptable!!!
Too few automated car washes in Nac forced me to get full service here. Did a good job, but had FOX News on the office TV.
