Turned away twice and said nothing was wrong with the truck, 2014 GMC Sierra HD2500 and then finally after the engine light came on, oh something is wrong. We knew something was wrong when it lost horsepower trying to pull a camper. Supposedly the turbo was going out and EGR valve was leaking. I was left without a truck for two and a half weeks. Though hurricane harvey hit, I tried being understanding but same time, call after call ...oh the truck will be ready at this time, no it's not ready. I drove by and the truck was outside not being worked on. The guys at the desk are great but the service department not so great.
I tried to deal with this company for 5 days. When I walked in, I told them what I wanted and how much I could pay. After 5 days of being jerked around, I was told that the closest they could come to my budgeted payment was $100+ more! The car that I was interested in had not been through the shop yet for inspection and detail, which I knew. However, after asking multiple times if the car was ready, I was NOT told that the car would not be ready until the following day. Not only did I waste my time waiting for the finance department to completely disregard my budget, but I wasted a trip to the dealership. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this company, and never have I been treated with such disrespect. I was flat out lied to by the people who work here. Good luck to anyone who attempts to buy a car here. If I had any recommendations, I would highly recommend you walk into this dealership with a loan in hand from your private bank.
Rex Perry Autoplex has some of the greatest salesmen who genuinely care about you and your experience at the dealership and not just selling you a car. I always had the mentality that a dealership was a scary place with pushy salesman, but this dealership is the opposite of that. The managers, Art Rodriguez, Sean Bush, and Chad Watson go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that you leave the dealership happy. And I can assure you Rex Perry is the kindest dealer you will ever meet. This is a great place to buy a vehicle!

My sales consultant, Ben Curtis, went above and beyond to help our family get the very best deal we could and worked with us diligently for days on monthly payment we could afford. Mr. Curtis took his time showing us how to figure out all the gizmos and gadgets and even came to our house and helped program garage remote. He answered all our calls and questions anytime of the day or night when we call him. We'll definitely be buying our next car from Mr. Curtis.
