We moved here from Indiana in late July. My Durango was in need of an oil change. We decided to take my vehicle in to Perry Dodge for service. Alex, the service manger was very courteous. The Durango was ready in a timely manner. While waiting, my husband, talked with Ran. We were impressed with the service--so much so we bought our first Texas vehicle at Perry. I have nothing but kind and good words for the service and staff.
Best customer service we have ever had. We broke down and had a horrible experience at Wright Dodge in Center, Tx and ended up towing our vehicle here. They immediately had an experienced and knowledgeable tech diagnose the correct problem and rushed to fix the vehicle. We were pressed for time and they made syre we didn't miss our event. Thank ya'll so much for the hard work and getting our vehicle in better condition than we started. We will be bringing all our vehicles here in the future.
I've never been treated better by a dealership. The guys at Mike Perry took time to explain the process and I felt like we were really working together. Can't remember the name of the employee -- Ryan or something like that -- really knowledgeable for such a small guy. 10/10 recommend them for any vehicle needs
