They have some awesome, awesome employees. Most fast food restaurants can replace their workers with robots & we will all be happier, that simply isn't true for Starbucks. You can never replace a Starbucks barista with a robot.
Worst starbucks i have ever been too. If u r just passing thru, go for the one in lufkin. This is not worth the detour on 59 business!!!
Great service and quality product
As a previous employee of Starbucks, the employees here are not very well trained in crafting drinks or interacting with customers.
Didn't get anyone to even notice me standing there for over 7 minutes and when they finally did they were out of cold brew, cream cheese, Danishes and butter croissants basically everything I asked for one after the other. Never coming here again. Run by unprofessional college potheads.
