I was expecting a chopped sirloin and I got a hamburger patty. When I called to clear up the confusion he argued with me and then I asked to speak to a manager and he put the phone down and picked it back up saying he was the manager (not the owner, he is a very nice man who knows how to run a successful business) told me that it doesn't matter what the menu says that the hamburger patty was what I got and that it was my fault for assuming it was going to be a chopped sirloin. And I had ordered a chopped sirloin sandwich there before and it was chopped sirloin steak just like it was advertised, that is what I expected this time. I explained this to him. He continued to cut me off, talk over me loudly, and insult me by saying "it's your fault for not realizing that if it was going to be a sirloin steak it would be 16 bucks" I told him that I have never had to have this conversation with anyone before about customer service and proper advertising and he said "you are literally the only person who assumed it would be a steak. I will fix this for you but you keep talking" I have never had this kind of service here before. I explained to him the reason I keep talking is because he keeps insulting my intelligence and I feel the need to defend myself to someone who should know better to not treat a paying customer this way. He continued to insult me and then tell me that he will fix it if I stopped defending myself and talking in circles yet he kept bringing it up because he just had to have the last word. You do not advertise something wrong and then treat the customer like an idiot for assuming that they were going to get what they ordered. That is not good business ethics. It's a great place with great food but this person is unpleasant and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. This meal was prepared poorly tho. The "mashed potatoes" was a baked potato without any fixings thrown into a bowl. The "chopped sirloin" was a hamburger patty with no seasonings. I paid 9 dollars for basically a hamburger and fries without the fixings. Low quality at best. If I had known this prior I would have just gone to Mcdonalds. I am extremely mad and am waiting for the owner to come back into town to see what he thinks about this "manager". He was so rude, insulting and argumentative that he had me in tears. When I was working in the restaurant business(that won best restaurant for years) we gave our customers what they ordered and if the food or the service was anything less than professional then we did everything in our power to make it right without upsetting anyone, even if the customer was completely off their rocker we would bend over backwards to ensure they received good customer service. It's sad to have worked that job for years and then turn around to see that other workers are allowed to walk all over their customers and not give a crap that the person who signs their checks that allows them to put a roof over their head worked hard to maintain a successful business just to have the employee take advantage. This person does not have the business's best interest at heart by chasing away people with money to spend by having a really bad attitude and act like they own the place. He acts like he is doing the owner a favor by working there but that is not how it goes, the owner did him a favor hiring him. He is suppose to do his job and be thankful he has one. He is an idiot if he thinks he runs that place well while the owner is out. If he is reading this then let me explain it to him , you bring in money by doing your job well then the owner can keep the place open and you can keep your damn job. Simple right?

Ordered food on a Friday Night at 8:15 4-29-2016 to be delivered never received

My order called several times trying to see what the problem was was told 2 different times that the weather was affecting the delivery was hung up on 3 different times at 12:00 a.m. decided our food wasn't coming.. Very upsetting I've always wanted to try Bullfrogs but after this I doubt I will ever try again..

Chopped sirloin topped with grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms,​ and brown gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and Texas toast.

Owner is a criminal. Sometimes this place is ok. But when busy this not the place to be. Service is awful when busy because the bartenders are only helping their friends. After 11pm the drink prices double.

My friends and I used to come here to watch the UFC fights, good environment. But with the new ownership or management, couple of my favorite items were removed from the menu: chicken fried chicken, which was delicious, very, and the chicken parmesan sandwich.
