Every time I visit Zip Inn I have a new adventure. Susan and Larry Rice have provided a place for retreat, rest, excitement, getting back to nature and exhilaration with the zipline. Their care of their guests is above expectations and I look forward to planning another getaway very soon and take my "gal friends". The accommodations are clean, warm and inviting and they are such gracious hosts. Do something different and try the Zip Inn.
If your looking for a nice quiet place to stay for good price thus is the place for you. Have enjoyed my 2 times down at this vacation rental. The house is clean you have nice rooms to stay in and the view is amazing. I would also say the staff is top notch. It was fun to zip line and explore the small town. Also not super far from the major city's either. Going to have too plan another trip down this way with my boy scouts for camping in the back of the woods.
Of course I also loved going zip lining for a great discount due to staying there. My only regret was staying for just the weekend. Highly recommend staying here!!!
Beautiful property with tons to do. We enjoyed zip lining, fishing and relaxing on the front porch swings. The interior is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The owners are easy to work with and were very accommodating.
We love this place! We use it when we have a zipline weekend, but it would be great anytime. Very nicely cared for Lodge. 3 nice bathrooms, King in one bedroom, doubles in 2 others and sofa couches. Well appointed kitchen with everything you have at home. The staff and owners are awesome and accommodating. We had a big group of adults and everyone raved about it. Huge Big screen in the living room. It really is like staying at a friend's house when they are out of town. Tons of towels and supplies. I liked the sheets so much I asked where they got them! Hey- bring a piano player because it has a piano too. SWEET patio with rocking chairs. Huge yard with a fire pit. It was so well cared for!
This place is very clean and beautiful!! I rarely write reviews but the ZipInn deserves a great one. I loved the country feel and the ability to go hiking :)
