It's been a pretty good place so far. It's clean, secured by a gate with your own personal code, and the lady working the front desk was very friendly. The only thing I don't like is that it isn't 24hr access. The gate closes at 10pm and opens at 6am. So you can't get to you stuff at night if you needed to, which to me kinda defeats the purpose of having your own gate code. But other than that it's great.
The website is really vheap. Online payments are too complicated.
I was quoted two different prices for the exact same unit within the span of 45 seconds and the lady on the phone kept interchanging the two. I was also told that on the 19th of every month their computer bills you for the rest of that month and all of the next month. Making your total bill to be about 150% of what is quoted.
