I’m from out of town but have relatives here. They have never gotten our order correct. Multiple times (in the last year) in drive thru (so sloooooow) and then again today I went in so I could make sure that it was typed in correctly. Yet again they messed up two of the 6 orders.
My husband and I have lived here since March. We have tried numerous times to eat here but every time we do our order is wrong. The times we have gone through the drive through the lady taking our order is rushing us to finish our order. It is like she doesn't want to listen and then our order is wrong. Today I decided to go in so maybe we would get what we want, well, again it was wrong. We have always enjoyed eating at Whataburger but we are so disappointed with the service we won't be eating here anymore.
The food is always delicious and the people are always cheerful to us but I'm so sorry they changed the more open large tables to more booths. It's not good for families!
It's pretty hit or miss here when it comes to service. I've been treated really well here, getting my order within 5 minutes, but I've also been forgotten for 45 minutes on a simple order. Food is always great (it is whataburger after all.)
I'm giving them one star because I can't find a reason to give them more. I went at about 11 pm on 06/13/17. Assistant manager who took my order was extremely rude and out of line to customers. Treated customers like they were jail inmates and that she was in an authority position over them. No eye contact. Did not talk in an understandable way on top of being rude and saying blunt things. Burgers were so thin it's like the squished them with a dough roller. I am not exaggerating. Also not very flavorful. There was just nothing good about this visit. Management needs to learn the difference on how to treat a valued customer and an out of line employee. Other times I've been here it's been mediocre service and food.
