My friends and I️ commute to SFA every week and decided to visit this chili’s for the lunch special. The staff were very nice, our food came quickly, and on top of all of that it was delicious. So good that we decided to make this a weekly thing!
Food and atmosphere are great! Our waitress Angela was very attentive and polite. Good experience. :-)
The food is normally great! We eat here often... our recent visit we ordered the chicken pasta and was very disappointed with the portion size we received. My daughter got the chicken pasta off of the kids menu and her portion was not much bigger than mine and I had the dinner not a lunch portion.
This rating is based on one visit and a story about a worker who was recently fired. Granted, the story was second-hand, but I am particularly sensitive to stories that report on a business that treats employees as expendable. I mean, we're all expendable to some extent, but when a worker goes out of their way to help on their day off because the staff were getting slammed unexpectedly, to remain rigidly beholden to corporate rules and then fire the worker is unseemly. I won't patronize such an establishment.
I don't know what it is, but no matter when me and my family go in, it always seems to take a long time before our drink order is taken. Food is okay at best. Thankfully, the servers go out of their way to make sure everybody is okay and taken care of.
