I have been using Grogan's Cleaners for 5 years now, and my family has been using the cleaners for almost 20 years. We have always had wonderful service, and the service they provide is great. There are some items that I, and my family, have brought in that have all kinds of stains on them and Grogan's has been able to get them clean. Easily the best cleaners in the area by far. Every time we have talked to management and ownership they are very professional about what they do, and are very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone needing items to be cleaned or pressed.

I wish I could give this business less than one star. This is the most unprofessional and non organized dry cleaners I have ever been to. I have used the Grogan's Lufkin location multiple times and almost every time I would go in there would be a problem.
The worker had put me under the wrong name before and just earlier they lost a $170 pair of suit pants that when I called about it all the owner did was scream and yell at me for being "wrong". (Even though I was clearly not because I brought them in and when I went to pick them up, they were not there)
Have been using Grogans Cleaners for several years, and have never once had a problem. If I had I know the staff would make it right because they are extremely friendly and helpful.
The owner was in fact so mad at me that HE was the one who hung up on ME! I was left appalled over his response and he was not interested in making anything better. Very unprofessional. It is very cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.
I started using Grogan's Cleaners 5 years ago for all my dry cleaning needs. Since then, every item that has been through there has been beyond satisfactory. The workers are very courteous and understanding, also the quality of dry cleaning is stellar. I would recommend their services to anybody locally, if it's a student's to a whole family's laundry service. Definitely a 5 star rating.
