Thieves. They take advantage of college students it hasn't been even 3 days since I had the book and wanted to return for a refund. Only on the 4th class day and they made no mention of this. Took my 200 dollars with no refund. I would understand if it was past 7 days but they basically said no and not even a partial refund. I'm broke barely have no money or job and wouldn't even have any consideration to give something back. Calling the Better Business Bureau today.
Customer service is lacking, and they are always out on what I need.
